UPDATE (11:00 AM PST): Join the new Switchfoot Street Team! (from gravyty on the official message boards)
The Atlantic Records street team is called Street Propaganda and they have now officially added Switchfoot to their roster of bands. If you would like to sign-up to help promote Switchfoot (or other Atlantic artists) go to Street Propaganda and register then go under Artists and sign-up to be on Switchfoot's team. There are two Switchfoot missions up right now, one to post the pre-order banner up all over the internet and one to have posters and stickers mailed to you to post all over your town. The posters are still being printed but the pre-order banner is ready to go! In fact, here it is. Feel free to post this banner up wherever you want, whether you're officially a part of the street team or not. But if you do sign-up then be sure to upload a screen shot of where you posted it so you can get your points. Happy posting!

Yes friends! Yesterday, "Mess of Me" made its debut in the Top 50 of the American Alternative rock charts. Today, it jumped up another four spots, securing its place at No. 46!
Not bad for three weeks after release. Especially considering how long it's been since Switchfoot has made any lasting impact on the mainstream radio formats. Be very excited, folks!

Excercise those fingers, and keep voting for Switchfoot. We need to keep this positive momentum going!
- Go vote for "Mess of Me" on RadioU's Top Ten Most Wanted here. It is currently at 53.1%, still the majority of the votes. But we can't let that momentum slide. Make sure you vote every day.
- KROQ (Los Angeles) is one of the most influential rock stations in the country. When they add a song, several other stations across the country take notice and follow suit. We need to get "Mess of Me" on there, in order to get this single off the ground. Go HERE to request it! Keep it up friends!
- NEW! go search your local alternative rock station on the web or listen to them on the radio, and make sure you start to request "Mess of Me" by calling in or emailing them. REMEMBER, only do this if the station has begun to play it, and only call once every 6 hours. We want to be smart about this and don't want to cause DJ's to be turned off by over-zealous fans. :P But other than that, go ahead! Punish those phone lines!
